SNKMODS is committed to offering high-quality, custom-modified Seiko watches while providing a transparent, customer-friendly purchasing experience.
1. Refund Policy
Customers may return any unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with all tags, protective materials, and accessories.
To initiate a refund, submit a request through the Contact page with your full name, email address, and order number. Our team will respond within 5-7 business days with return instructions.
2. Warranty Policy
SNKMODS provides a limited 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects affecting watch functionality.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, improper handling, normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections from custom modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are returned outside the 30-day return window are not eligible for refunds.
